Breaking Barriers in Rural India with Patient Centered Care and Shared Decision Making: Narrative Evidence Dealing with Clinical Complexity Abstract: In the following narrative, the authors delve into two cases, each centered on the management of a patient with a complicated health profile. In the first, the focus lies on the gaps in rural healthcare and the challenges a physician faces in addressing them. The second case focuses on a potential solution for the aforementioned challenges and explores the role of collaborative healthcare, supplemented with technological aids, which can assist in point-of-care solutions.
